A European foothold, built the right way.
Lintu Venture Studio is the Finland–Estonia advisory platform for Iranian entrepreneurs and family wealth holders who need a credible, compliant path into Europe — not a shortcut around it.
A scalable, repeatable process — not a single bet. Every opportunity is built through the same vetted, compliant process and assessed as part of a portfolio, never sold on a promised return.
A specific kind of institution — deliberately.
We are
- A strategic advisory and orchestration platform
- A venture studio that builds alongside select clients
- An institution that screens before it engages
- A Finland–Estonia-anchored European presence
We are not
- A bank, licensed asset manager, or fund
- A generic residency broker
- An unregulated fixer or informal channel
- A shell built to obscure ownership
The gap isn't paperwork. It's trust.
Most European advisors decline this client base outright. The few who don't often operate informally, with no accountable structure behind them. And even capable entrepreneurs with real international ambitions have no defined path from a strong domestic business to a credible European one. We built Lintu to close that gap properly — with named partners, a documented process, and screening that happens before the relationship, not after a problem appears.
Four steps, in order — no shortcuts between them.
In practice, this covers opening a compliant European bank account, acquiring equity in vetted international franchises or public markets, and structuring a startup around expertise you already have — each carried out through licensed partners, never informally.
Readiness Assessment
An honest, structured read on where you stand — legally, financially, operationally — before anything moves.
Strategic Advisory
A written plan: the jurisdictions, structures, and trade-offs that actually fit your situation — with a recommended path.
Implementation
Coordinated execution through our vetted European partners — from bank account opening to franchise or equity purchases to startup formation. We advise and orchestrate; licensed partners perform every regulated step.
Ongoing Intelligence
Once the foundation is in place, regular briefings and access keep you ahead of what changes next.
Two doors into Europe.
Trust and credibility
A top-tier rule-of-law jurisdiction with a strong institutional reputation and a genuine, defined residency pathway — not just a mailbox address.
Speed and digital infrastructure
e-Residency and a fully digital company formation and administration environment — low friction to set up and run a European legal entity remotely.
We screen before we engage.
Every prospective client is checked against sanctions and adverse-media lists before any paid work begins — not as a formality, but as the foundation of everything else we do.
If something doesn't clear, we say so early and plainly, before any fee is collected. This is what makes working with a genuine European institution possible in the first place.
We do not hold, move, or manage client funds. We advise and orchestrate — licensed European partners perform every regulated step.
- —Sanctions & PEP screening before engagement
- —Independent compliance sign-off, no revenue override
- —Licensed partners for every regulated act
- —Ongoing monitoring, not a one-time check

Questions people usually ask first.
Is this legal for me to use?
Yes. We advise on legitimate international structuring — bank accounts, equity purchases, and company formation — carried out entirely through licensed European partners. We do not help anyone evade sanctions or move funds improperly; every engagement starts with compliance screening for exactly this reason.
What happens if I don't pass the initial screening?
We tell you plainly and early, before any fee is charged. A declined screening isn't a judgment on you personally — it simply means we can't take on the engagement responsibly under European regulation.
Do I have to transfer all my assets to you?
No. We never hold, move, or manage your funds. We advise and coordinate; you retain full control, and licensed banks and partners handle every regulated transaction directly with you.
How long does the process take?
The Readiness Assessment typically takes one to two weeks. Full implementation timelines vary by structure and jurisdiction — we give you a realistic estimate in the Strategic Advisory stage, not before.
Why Finland and Estonia, rather than the UAE or Turkey?
Speed-only jurisdictions solve the wrong problem. Finland and Estonia offer institutional trust and durable EU banking relationships — the kind that hold up under years of scrutiny, not just a fast account opening.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Every inquiry is reviewed by a small internal team under a standard confidentiality practice, before any wider engagement begins.
How much does this cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of what you need. We discuss cost plainly at the end of the Readiness Assessment, once we understand your situation — never before, and never under pressure to commit.
